About Me
We're not just charmed by you—we're charmed for you!
Hi there! I'm Kelly. I started Flowerette Jewelers because I have ADHD and wanted to manage my executive dysfunction with some cute accessories. I didn't like any of the options out there, so I decided to make my own!
Are you struggling with executive dysfunction? At Flowerette, I know how hard it is to keep track of all the little things you need to do, without constantly being reminded by an app or a piece of paper (or worse: a loved one who's tired of reminding you!). That's why I designed a line of ADORABLE charms to help you manage your executive dysfunction while also serving as a cute accessory.
Kelly's Origin Story
I've been an artist from a very young age. I signed up for a jewelry class in high school after I ran out of art classes to take. Wow, did that change everything! I made a necklace that my teacher fell in love with, so I gave it to her. The rush of creating a piece of art that someone (other than my mom) is going to enjoy forever really stuck with me. That is when I knew I was going to make jewelry for the rest of my life!
After high school, I was employed at an estate jewelry store. Working with antique jewelry led me to study at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) where I learned all about gemstones, jewelry design and jewelry manufacturing. GIA even invited me back to teach my specialty, 3D computer aided jewelry design. Jewelry is now ingrained in my DNA!
The Birth of
The Cute Jeweler
My husband encouraged me to share my custom design process through live streaming on Twitch. My amazing community has inspired me to start producing my own line. We design live, talking about everything from gemstones and goldsmithing to our favorite sci-fi shows and comic conventions. You, too, can be a part of the community, having a say in what we create! All of this fun has led to my favorite collections. So, if you love geeking out about your favorite things, welcome to the Sparkle Squad! You have found your people. :)
I have made jewelry for small, family owned companies, taught the next generation of jewelry designers, and worked for a name brand manufacturer. Now it's my chance to create something special for you!
If you are Neurodivergent or struggle with remembering tasks, I’m glad you found us - it's hard to find cute products that can actually help us with our day-to-day lives. I hope Flowerette Jewelers is just what you were looking for!
