Custom Cut Stone Collection Study

Concept
A collaborative jewelry collection developed with a stone cutter, centered around custom cut stones derived from symbolic geometric forms.

Design Challenge
Non standard stone shapes required adaptable setting strategies and proportional control to maintain cohesion across multiple pieces while ensuring secure stone placement.

Technical Execution
Each piece was modeled in CAD to accommodate custom stone dimensions and irregular profiles. For the pendant, a mold was developed excluding the stone setting, allowing interchangeable settings to be integrated based on varying stone sizes. Structural supports and tolerances were refined to balance aesthetic clarity with durability and production flexibility.

Outcome
The resulting suite demonstrates collaborative development, adaptable component architecture, and cohesive collection design built around unique stone geometry.
